At QueenZera™, every creation is crafted with care and authenticity. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and our refund policy is designed to balance client satisfaction with the integrity of our couture and fragrance collections.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for products that are unused, unopened, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized couture, limited‑edition pieces, and opened fragrances are non‑refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact our Client Care team at queenzera.luxury@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non‑Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non‑refundable.

  • QueenZera is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by QueenZera.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet policy conditions.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
