Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by destination; customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order’s journey.
Delays: QueenZera is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
Non‑Returnable Items: Customized couture, limited‑edition pieces, and opened fragrances cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are possible for eligible items, subject to availability.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Client Care team at support@queenzera.com with your order details.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
QueenZera reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non‑refundable.
