We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and secure online payment gateways. International clients may use globally recognized payment options.

Keep fragrances in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight. This ensures longevity and preserves the scent profile.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and unopened. Customized couture, limited‑edition pieces, and opened fragrances are non‑returnable. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Store dresses and corsets in either the premium QueenZera box provided or in breathable garment bags, away from direct sunlight. Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the fabric’s integrity.
