• Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated, and may be updated without prior notice.
   

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver luxury with efficiency. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout.

• QueenZera is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, payable by the customer.
   

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of couture and fragrance, returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Customized or limited‑edition items are non‑returnable.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
